“We bought this project in August of 2021, in the depths of COVID. The property was falling apart, and the project was very difficult. To see what this was and what it is today has been a phenomenal journey.” said Fred Lewis, Dominion’s CEO.

The property includes two ground-floor retail spaces offered at $1 per month leases, an initiative aimed at lowering barriers for local entrepreneurs and supporting small business growth. “This is easily one of the coolest projects that’s been going on in the district. It is going to be such an asset for this strip,” said Zac Blanchard, Baltimore City Council Member, during the grand opening. “We always hear that Baltimore has incredible bones, and there’s a gap between the potential we have now. That’s definitely true. It is nowhere more true than the West side of Downtown.”
